About Us

We are Chet and Nancy Chapman and we established Sunburst Cavaliers out of our love and devotion for this wonderful breed. With our human kids grown and on their own and an early retirement from the family business, Nancy stays home and devotes her full time to her Cavalier kids. We moved to Sunburst Farms in Phoenix several years ago so the dogs would have plenty of room to run and play. There is no better sight than to watch several Cavaliers frolic and chase butterflys in your own backyard!

We started our breeding program with a few beautiful girls out of healthy Fairytale Forest lines and have since added lines such as Sheeba, Pascavale, and Sanickro. We only breed for the betterment of the breed with an emphasis on health, temperament and conformation. We do annual health screenings and our Cavaliers are OFA heart certified starting at one year of age.

We consider it a privilege to be able to live with and love these beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniels.
